Katlu Cookies
Code : P13382

Katlu cookies are nutritious, spiced Indian treats, similar to fudge or bars, made for new mothers for postnatal recovery and energy, or enjoyed in winter for warmth, featuring ghee, jaggery, wheat flour, edible gum (gond), nuts, and a special Katlu/Batrisu spice blend (with fenugreek, ginger, turmeric, etc.) for healing and strength, often served as slices rather than traditional cookies. NOTE : Pregnant individuals should avoid consuming Katlu due to some of the potent herbs and spices; it is primarily intended for postnatal care or general winter consumption.
