Pork Pickle
Code : P9323

Pork pickle is a signature condiment from Northeast India, especially in Nagaland and Meghalaya. It is made with tender, often smoked, pork pieces preserved in oil and a blend of regional spices like ginger, garlic, and chilies (including the famously hot King Chilli or Bhut Jolokia). Some versions incorporate fermented soybeans (axone) or dried bamboo shoots for a unique flavor and texture profile. This pickle offers bold, spicy, savory, and smoky tastes, making it a delicious accompaniment to rice, noodles, or other dishes.
